Dear Aisler-Team,
in one of our orders, one PCB went to the status “Production data could not be prepared” just one day before the planned shipping day, although everything was fine when ordering it. Now it’s overdue a week and the support is not reacting. From all other PCBs in the order I can see positive test results. How can i trigger the delivery of the finished PCBs and/or can check whats wrong with one of the PCBs.
