Hi!

I am about to order a board and stencil which are similar to a previous one (FZISXSJP).

That previous one had an issue in the stencil i would like to avoid.

The problematic pattern is:

 ![stencil](https://community-cdn.aisler.net/uploads/default/original/2X/e/ee5c3de8f5e50a3103abe73795500ddde5e1538e.png)

White: Outline, Blue: Copper, Green: Paste, Red: Bridge

The designed paste layer (green) had 4 L-shaped patterns, each edge 20mm long, 0.2mm thick.

The received stencil had those 4 L-shaped patterns but with 5 bridges (red) on each edge.

On the PCB viewer (the step before checking out an order) the stencil was shown without bridges.

Why are those bridges added?

How can i avoid them?

Hey @vj1 ,

sorry that we didn’t answer you yet. I’ve checked with our team: the stencil is cut from exactly what’s on your paste layer, and we don’t add bridges ourselves. So the ones on your received stencil need a proper look at the actual order. Could you send a photo of that stencil with your project reference `FZISXSJP` to [support@aisler.net](mailto:support@aisler.net)?
