Shipping options for your AISLER order
You are all excited about your newest project, but wonder which shipping option you should select and how you can order multiple projects at once? In this article, we highlight in detail what you can expect from us in terms of shipment of your goods.

Ordering more than one project
If you are about to order multiple projects as a private customer, you need to place multiple orders. As a business customer, you can create a quotation for multiple projects.

We do not have a shopping basket, but we offer a shipping basket that makes it easy to ship several projects together. If you want to have one delivery with multiple orders, you can place your first order as usual and choose your preferred shipping method.
Now upload or select your second project and click on the checkout button. After specifying the product configuration, you will be able to select Consolidated Shipment
as shipping option. When ordering products with different delivery times, the product(s) with the shorter delivery time will be stored in our warehouse until the other product(s) are made and then shipped together. We recommend creating two different deliveries for urgent orders. If there are multiple orders in one delivery, we recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking.

So how much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping via Deutsche Post Großbrief or DHL Warenpost is always included in your order for free. The free options do not include tracking. If you need a faster delivery with tracking, you can choose one of the other shipping options.
Prices are calculated at checkout and are based on your shipping address.
And how long does shipping take?
The shipping times of free shipping vary by region. The table below should give you an estimate of what you can expect.
Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates provided by the logistics provider, we cannot guarantee them as external factors can impact the delivery times.

Charge on Account orders
Larger orders are often paid by charge on account, due to the higher value, we require additional traceability to make sure you’ll receive your order safe and in a timely manner.
