tldr; AISLER is independent from KATEK. Patrick and Felix, who are the founders, have taken over control over all remaining shares KATEK held. AISLER can now once again freely move on the market and enter a new phase of strategic growth.
A brief service announement from Patrick and me. Last week, we’ve successfully entered an agreement to purchase all remaining shares that KATEK GROUP held in AISLER, and we are proud to announce AISLER can now enter a new phase of strategic growth.
I want to thank Bernhard Günthner and Inge Klasing for their support from KONTRON/KATEK side. We are very grateful that they offered us to take over control and their pragmatic approach in executing the transfer.
We are looking into a great future of AISLER unchained, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to take the next big steps! Be sure of a lot of great things we have in plan!
