All my Parts are not recognized by your tool

Hello, I have created a pcb file with KiCad. All Parts have the Mouser Partnumber in the “MPN” Field. But you tool recognizes none of them and will nothing assemble. I asked your support via E-Mail, but get no answer. Maybe here someone can help?
