Blind and buried vias

Would like to have blind and buried vias on PCBs as an option. It’ll be a great aid with routing, especially when dealing with BGA chips.

Thank you for your request.

We are currently not planning to support blind and buried vias, as these would only be used by a minority of our customers. The technical implementation is also quite complex…
