“Accepting” a quotation is confusing and misleading.
To me it was not and still is not obvious that entering a PO number will place an order.
The German the web page reads “Deine Bestellreferenz” and “Bestätigen”. To me that does imply that I’m ordering anything when pressing the “Bestätigen” button. Further, according to §312j BGB, any button that places an order has to read "“zahlungspflichtig bestellen” or similar.
Please improve this process regarding clarity.
