on the support page in the web fronend there are 8 topics. If you choose one, you’ll get a simple box for choosing your concern. But i always miss one: Others.
Often, the selectable concerns do not fit the problem. Therefore, an additional entry would be: “other concern” with the possibility to be describe the concern.

thanks for that feature request. While we do understand that there are other inquiries, in order to process support efficiently and in a timely manner, we will not offer a “Other” option. Please post that enquiry in the community forum, that way we can answer it publicly.
