Is your production affected by the Nexperia situation?

After the Dutch government intervened in the company’s operations, reports emerged that exports from chinese factories were being restricted.
Standard components suddenly became uncertain in availability – diodes, MOSFETs, transistors, the everyday ICs that make circuits work – can’t leave the country now. Projects stopped mid-development. Clients want answers nobody has yet. Nexperia parts were everywhere because they worked, they shipped, they didn’t cause problems. Until they did.

So what now?

Most Nexperia components have direct equivalents from European manufacturers like Würth Elektronik and Diotec. These alternatives offer comparable specifications and more stable supply chains.

We’ve been working with customers to cross Nexperia parts and integrate replacements into their PCB orders. Projects stay on schedule, performance remains consistent, and teams gain supply chain resilience for future disruptions.

Where do you start?

Pull up your current projects. Which ones have Nexperia parts? (Probably most of them.) Reach out to us if you need help crossing them. Send us a message at support@aisler.net, via our Contact form or call us +49 2418 9436 086.

This won’t be the last supply chain disruption. Maybe not even the last this year. Multiple sources beat single suppliers every time, but nobody thinks about that until the single supplier disappears.
