Hi, how is the pricing of new batches for the same project handled in case no change is introduced? Is the drop in NRE costs accounted for, in the valuation of following batches? And what about minor changes to the same project?

Setting up the assembly machine and handling of components are the main cost drivers and reoccur for every new order. So you will not save money when splitting up your orders.
