ODB++ from Siemens PADS Standard Plus

Dear all,
I am new here and I tried to upload a design file in ODB++, exported from the Siemens PADS Standard Plus tool.
In the PCB review I see a great number of errors:

  • Via pads missing from the bottom layer, in places with no vias,
  • Solder Mask Top missing, while I have a solder mask layer,
  • Castellated holes, while I do not have any.
    I inspect the ODB++ files in my viewers (Siemens ODB++ and ViewMate) and I see no such things.
    Do you have any tips that can help me understand the problem?

I am sorry for the late response. If the problems are still persitent: Can you please open a support ticket with a reference to the problematic project(s) - or attach the ODB++. We need to take a look on the project files to figure out what’s wrong.
