At PCBWay, you can request your board stencil to be the same outline as your PCB. This makes alignment very easy without having to setup a jig with your spare PCBs. Just one piece of tape and you’re good to go!

I spoke with my coworkers about providing such an option, but it is unfortunately not possible, as we need to add a QR code and project ID onto the stencil for our logistics system. But you can try the rapid registration system for easy alignment of PCB and stencil.
