In case anyone else finds this thread, here’s the holder I’m currently working on.
So far it’s just the bar that has the registration points for the PCB and the stencil, so it doesn’t provide full support under the PCB itself.
- Has mounting points for all 9 sizes listed on Rapid Registration
- Uses larger square nuts than is more commonly used, but feel free to modify the STEP file to make the holes fit the square nuts you have.
- Meant to be used with threaded M3 and M5 metal pins, allowing you to change which set of pin holes to use.
- Work-In-Progress, it does not provide full support for the PCB, as I want to make it adjustable so it doesn’t block using it for PCBs that already have components on the other side.
