Hi!

I just made a quotation (Order number: 2024-66458), but I would like to know how to pay it, since I haven´t add a bank accound or debit card and it let me put the order in production.

Hi! If you provided us the permission to debit your bank account, we’ll use this for payment. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice upon fulfillment with further instructions how to pay. Please note: This differentiation is made on the moment of your acceptance. If you need a more specific answer regarding your order, please reach out to us using our support channels.

I can’t understand your question. I’ve payed my order via PayPal. Is this not possible in future?

Of course, it will always be possible to pay an order with PayPal. @pedro-upct asked about the payment of an order that was created with a quotation. Here, we currently do not support upfront payments.

Thanks for your answer!
I have just received the invoice (number removed) but the money hasn´t been withdrawn from my bank even though I thought I had it configured to do so. Could you please check if the money will be charge automatically or I may follow the instruction on the invoice?
