Parametric search
REDEXPERT for Würth Elektronik and filter by properties your part requires for example the current, voltage, turn-on voltage and footprint of a MOSFET. But be aware that different suppliers may use different names for the same component package, for example MLPAK33/SOT8002-1/PowerFLAT™ 3.3x3.3/Power QFN 3x3.
