Security of AISLER Project ID using KiCad plugin

Hello,

I’m happily using the KiCad plugin for my projects. The plugin adds the AISLER project ID tags to the PCB sheets to keep track to which project they belong.

Now, I want share some of these KiCad projects on github. I will update/create new versions in the future so keeping the project ID is handy and I will forget to remove it sometimes in the future.

My question:
Is there a (security) risk or other negative downside if the project ID is still in the files I share to the public? Will it mess something up if other people submit a version using the same ID?

The Aisler Project ID needs to be removed before sharing the file. If someone tries to use the plugin, the upload will fail.
