Smallest pad footprint

Hello,
What is the smallest pad width (device footprint) that you can manufacture?
Is it possible to make a pad with 0.18mm x 0.3 mm dimension?

Hey,
I don’t find any defines in the designe rules but,
the pad has to be bigger then the minimum trace width.

minimum trace width Complex board = 0,125mm.
minimum trace width Simple board = 0,2mm
So with the complex board and ENIG surface should it posible.
The solder mask is less of a problem.
