Hi, which solder process does Aisler provide for assembly? Vapor Phase? Is convection reflow an option?

Thanks for your question. Since we are working with multiple qualified subcontractors in terms of assembly we have the option to choose between vapor phase soldering and reflow soldering.
Reflow soldering is our first choice, when there are components uncompatible to vapor phase soldering and when producing high volumes of PCBAs.
