I have seen https://community.aisler.net/t/soldermask-opening-adjustment/3464?u=denys and few other soldermask topics, including design rules . Unfortunately, there are no information about soldermask design rules. Only min. soldermask dam width 75um is specified.
Which clearance is needed? Is 20um clearance good enough? (It looks like automated adjustment use 20um)
Which overlapping should be used for soldermask defined pads?
“Automated Soldermask Opening Adjustment” is a great thing, but I’m not sure about its accuracy in case of really small pads and tight pitches. I would prefer to control it manually.
