Production Stencil
We offer various stencil standards for Simple Supply:
- Generic Stencil
- Rapid Registration Stencil (eC)
- Quattro-Flex
- VectorGuard 23’x23
All stencils are provided with 1mm large global fiducials according to our AISLER Production Panel Specification.
The Fiducial marker will be fully cut through for Generic and Rapid Registration and laser marked for Quattro-Flex stencils.
Generic Stencil
The generic production stencils are versatile and can be used with many stencil systems.

Rapid Registration Stencil ( EC-Stencil)
The Rapid Registration Stencil have the same outer dimensions as the generic stencils but features two additional rapid registration holes. We will provide an adjusted panel when ordering this type of stencil. Using an eC-stencil-fix or eC-stencil-mate the stencil and panel can easily be aligned, no visual alignment is required.

Quattro-Flex Stencil
We offer Quattro-Flex stencils with the following outer dimensions:
- 555.5 mm x 555.5 mm
- 709.5 mm x 451.5 mm
- 479 mm X 479 mm
Other sizes, electropolish and nanofinish are available upon request.
Quick clamping systems for Quattro-Flex stencils are available from various vendors.
VectorGuard
We offer Vector guard stencil in the following sizes:
- VectorGuard 23’x23 (Stencil Size 555 mm x 555 mm)
