I need my very small boards (16 x 38mm) on panels.
Aisler use to deliver them on panels and that panels are OK.
Is there a way to make sure I can get identical panels with every order?
The reason is our assembly company makes screens for paste and wish to use same screen every time. They also program their pick-and-place machine for the panel and would like to use same program every time.
The number of board on a panel seems vary with the number of ordered boards. For example order of 12 PCB gives panel of 4, order of 15 gives panels of 5, order of 99 pcs gives panels of 3 and order of 108 pcs gives panels with 9 PCBs.
Would it be possible have identical panels every time?
Of course I then have to order in multiples of 3 panels.
by default our software is selecting the best format based on the space on the panel which may change from production run to production run.
. We may charge you extra for the additional space needed on the panel.
