I’ve got a project which is designed as 2 layers and meets to your “simple” design rule rating.
At checkout I can choose between 2 Layer, 1.6mm, HASL and 2 Layer, 1.6mm, ENIG.
But what if I really want it to be 0.8mm? Enough to pay for the 4 layer ENIG service?
Is it feasible to add this option to checkout, or do I need to re eCAD the board as 4 layers and be explicit about what to do with the middle planes etc?

right now (June 2025), we only offer a 0.8mm 4 Layer Pool. Thinner boards are ordered less than the standard 1.6mm boards, to offer competitive prices and lead times, we need a high pool usage therefore, offering two layers as well would split that demand. So we decided to only offer four layers as it accommodate simpler and complex designs. For your use case you would need to add two additional layers to your design, we recommend filling them with ground planes.
For larger PCB orders and assemblies, we also offer custom PCB configurations, such as 2 Layer 0.8mm, such orders have higher setup fees, though.
