In this chapter, we want to highlight our collaboration with AISLER in manufacturing the PCBs we developed. Today’s featured component is the Autonomous System Brake (ABS).
The Autonomous System Brake is a crucial component of our autonomous system, ensuring performance-driven braking, reliable emergency braking, and real-time data logging—all simultaneously.
Manufactured by AISLER, this PCB integrates analog signal processing, digital interfaces for external communication, and control of magnetic valves to enable precise braking control. Additionally, it features a hardware reset mechanism to safeguard against CPU failure, ensuring system reliability under all conditions.
By combining performance, safety, and robust design, the Autonomous System Brake plays a key role in the seamless operation of our vehicle.
